Administrative Assistant
The Administrative Assistant will be the administrative foundation for the Chesapeake office and beyond; organizing and managing our space and files, helping implement and maintain administrative systems, and keeping our operations running smoothly from the ground level. This multi-faceted team member will support not only the Chesapeake Bioregion’s front desk and overall office space, but will also play an imperative role in the administrative and marketing need across all our Bioregions. This is an in-person position.

Role & Responsibilities
· Front desk management; answer phones, greet visitors, manage shipping/mailing needs
· Office management; complete supply and stock purchasing, vendor and fleet maintenance, ensure cleanliness/organization of office and files
· Assist with travel arrangements, professional licensing, expense reporting
· Data entry in Customer Relationship Management and Digital Asset Management databases
· Assist marketing coordinator with social media monitoring
· Proofreading proposals and marketing materials
Required Skills
· Proficient in the use of Microsoft 365
· Valid driver’s license
· Strong written and verbal communication
· Ability to work efficiently independently and with others

· Associate degree or higher
