Construction Operations Team Leader
Biohabitats, an industry leading ecological restoration contractor, is seeking an experienced, energetic, and well-organized Construction Operations Team Leader for our ecological restoration-based construction team in the Pacific Northwest.
The ideal candidate will bring their construction industry experience to plan and coordinate bidding and the execution of projects; manage the day-to-day operations of the construction teams including project resources, scheduling, subcontractor relationships, safety protocols, and regulatory compliance; and assess operational and financial trends and risks.

Primary Roles and Responsibilities:
Coordinate the day-to-day internal operations to support multiple projects
Coordinate subcontractors, equipment, and material purchases
Identify and reconcile project risks & regulatory compliance strategies
Review and coordinate project budgets and job cost accounting
Review and approve client & subcontractor contracts and change orders
Coordinate project safety protocols and identify training needs
Coordinate equipment maintenance
Facilitate weekly operations meetings and monthly check-ins
Measure and manage client satisfaction
Assist with business development and bidding  
Required Skills:  
Proficiency in Office 365 programs (particularly Excel and Word) 
Proficiency in reading construction specifications, plans and contracts.
Experience with construction-based project management software
Education:  
B.S. in Business Administration, Construction Technology, Project Management or Engineering (or equivalent)
Years of Experience:  
7+ years of construction industry experience (experience in the landscape contracting or ecological restoration industry a plus)
Location:  
Portland, OR (some regional travel will be required)
Salary:  
$110,000 - $125,000 or BOE
